How it Works

You can delegate your admin, typing, proofreading, document production and formatting or inbox and calendar management to me in just four simple steps.

  1. Discuss your requirements – I am very keen to understand your requirements to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. This discussion normally takes place via Teams or Zoom. Alternatively, if you don’t have time for a meeting, then we can discuss your scope of works over the telephone or by completing a brief questionnaire.
  2. Sign your order confirmation – Simply review and sign your order confirmation.
  3. Delegate your work – Now you’ve delegated your admin to Online Exec PA, you will have much more free time to focus on other tasks!
  4. Make payment – Payment is required via bank transfer within 7 days of completion of works.
